1. Hosting and server data

This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps in the West Europe region. When you open a page, your browser necessarily transmits technical data that the hosting infrastructure processes in order to deliver the page and keep the service secure: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating-system identifiers.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site reliably and securely. This data is not used to identify you, is not combined with any other data, and is not used to build a profile. It is retained only briefly by the infrastructure provider for operational and security purposes.

2. Contacting us by email

If you write to hello@agent.berlin, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message — solely in order to answer you. Our mailboxes are hosted by IONOS SE in Germany.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to one, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request, and thereafter only where statutory retention periods under German commercial and tax law require it.

Please note that email is not an inherently secure medium. If your matter is sensitive, say so and we will agree on a more secure channel.

3. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, or comparable technology. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no profiling, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

All fonts are self-hosted on our own server — no Google Fonts or other font CDN is contacted, so no data about you is transmitted to such a provider. The site loads no third-party scripts, embeds, iframes, maps, or social-media components. A strict Content Security Policy restricts the page to resources from its own origin.

4. Links to other websites

The site links to our other products (argumentree.com, argumentroupe.com, ai-agentree.com, argumentree.ai) and to the free AI-Act check hosted at ai‑agentree.com. These are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those sites while you are here, and no data is transmitted to them unless you click. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that site applies.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or share personal data. Data is processed on our behalf only by the providers needed to run the site and our mail, each under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps) — hosting, West Europe region
IONOS SE, Montabaur, Germany — email hosting

Processing takes place on servers in the EU. Where a provider's corporate group could involve a transfer to a third country, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the provider's supplementary safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@agent.berlin. There is no automated decision-making or profiling under Art. 22 GDPR.

7. Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
